Game Updates

Full Time - Your Philadelphia Union are in sole possession of second place in the east. Just let that sink in. It’s also their third straight win and the fifth in six games.

90+1’ - We will have 2’ of stoppage here.

90’ - Union soooo close to a fifth goal after a missed shot from Monteiro

87’ - Curtin making a rare double switch here. Aaronson is replaced with Jack de Vries. Then Bedoya is replaced by Cole Turner, who is yet another homegrown player and is making his MLS debut tonight.

83’ - A nice cross and Ilsinho almost had headed in a ball for a goal but he couldn’t get on the end.... and I think the fanbase was just as shocked to see him in the air.

78’ - Play is resumes with a dropped ball.

76’ - Play is stopped after an Impact player is down on the pitch.

72’ - Kacper is coming off the pitch and is replaced with Sergio Santos. No hat trick for Przybylko.

70’ - HOW DID THAT BALL NOT GO IN. Terrible touch by Aaronson.

66’ - AND the familiar face we have seen from ref Marcos de Oliveira as he listens to VAR to confirm the goal... and it is a good goal.

65’ - GOOOAAAALLLL for Fontana who is at the top of the box.

64’ - Ilsinho has entered the pitch replacing Wooten.

63’ - Montreal has back to back corners here. The cross for the second corner goes across the box with no one on the end.

60’ - Impact sub: Lassi Lappalainen replaces Bojan

54’ - Fontana closed to getting on the score sheet as the keeper needed to stretch out to get the save.

53’ - Aaronson shots the ball, but it is easily saved.
Impact Substitution: Karifa Yao replaces Joel Waterman

47’ - After the second half starts... Union GOALLLL by Kacper Przybylko. Union up 3-1
