Game Updates:

90+4’ - Final whistle and the Union lost their fourth game of the season.

90+3’ - Monteiro losses his footing at the top of the box allowing Columbus to clear the threat.

90’ - Ilsinho whistled for offsides and Columbus is now taking their time to get the game restarted. We will have at least 4 minutes of stoppage time.

89’ - Przybylko with another header but the ball is saved.

84’ - Columbus sends it to the back post where Németh, who just came in, gets his first touch of the game and it goes in the net.

83’ - Ilsinho comes into the match for Aaronson. He immediately gets the ball and crosses it in but no one is on the end of it.

80’ - Union switch sides of attack from the left to the right. After a cross into the box the header is easily handled by the goal keeper.

78’ - Game play has resumed.

76’ - Play is stopped as Mbaizo is down on the pitch near the fourth official.

72’ - Glesnes is shown a yellow for the tactical decision of going for a hard tackle on Zardes.

71’ - Cory Burke is now on to replace Santos.

71’ - Valenzuela now earns a yellow card after another foul is comitted.

68’ - Santos draws a foul. After some complaints Monteiro lightly touches the ref and Chapman didn’t want anything of it. Looks like he just gave Monteiro a warning.

59’ - Union looking to pickup their second goal here a they keep pressuring Columbus, back to back corners and the balls are getting deflected out.

57’ - Santos is brought down in the box for a Pk. Monteiro lines up to take it and hammers it right down the center. Game is leveled.

54’ - Union earn a free kick about 5 yards outside the penalty area. Glesnes lines up to take the shot but passes it to Wagner who sends it over the net.

48’ - For the second time in this game Przybylko shot doesn’t go in. This was the closest the Union have been to scoring all day.

46’ - Second half gets underway at 4:41.

45’ - There will be no stoppage time as the ref whistles for halftime.

40’ - Zardes gets a header off at the center of the box but it misses to the right.

37’ - From outside the box Artur sends the ball right past Bendik.

35’ - Bedoya earns a corner. That kick is played to the far post and not one is able to get on the end of it.

28’ - Mbaizo steps into a shot and it gets saved by Columbus.

26’ - Union’s midfield keeping Columbus from getting any balls behind them.

22’ - Aaronson looks to pass it to the far post but no one else continues their run and the ball goes out of play.

16’ - Union playing up the left side, Aaronson picks up the ball in the center and crosses it to Kacper who shoots it wide.

13’ - Crew’s third corner gets cleared out by the Union and turned into a nice counter attack. After passing it around the sides of the penalty area Kacper gets a header off and it is saved.

12’ - Crew races up the right side of the field and earns themselves a corner.

9’ - Kacper Przybylko almost gets an easy goal as the crew were getting their offense setup.

7’ = Zardes gets behind the backline and gets a diving header off the crossing ball, but it goes over the net.

6’ = Bendik came off the line to grab a ball and dropped it, but was able to recover. This is something to watch this game as Blake is out until some point in the playoffs.
