Union looks to grab a win as league play resumes

The season resumes tonight for the Philadelphia Union, who are lining up across from a team they kicked out of the MLS is Back tournament, New England Revolution. The U’s Sergio Santos scored the only goal in the round of 16 game. The drama didn’t end with the ref’s final whistle as the Rev’s team manager Bruce Arena was red carded after the match.

Arena is serving his suspension tonight. Two players are unavailable tonight for the Revolution, Luis Caicedo and Charles Gill. Caicedo is dealing with a knee injury. Gill is out with a left Achilles injury.

Looking into the availability for the boys in blue. The Union have listed Kai Wagner as questionable. The defender is dealing with a lower leg contusion.
