This weekend voters in Delaware County can go to Subaru Park to drop off their ballots. Delaware County and the Philadelphia Union are partnering to host a pop-up Voter Service Center. The center will be open on Saturday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. It will then again open on Sunday, October 18 from noon until 6 p.m.
In addition to dropping off their ballots, Delaware County residents can register to vote. They can also request their ballot, or check on the status of their Absentee ballot. If you are looking to vote in person, the center can confirm your polling location and will answer any of your voting questions.
Philadelphia Union President Tim McDermott had this to say on the partnership “Our organization is honored to be a good community partner by providing Subaru Park as a pop-up voting service center for our Delaware County neighbors.” He continued with “Thank you to our partners at Delaware County for their assistance in making this resource available. We encourage not only Delaware County residents, but all of our fans and citizens to register to vote and exercise their civic duty in this coming election.”
Pennsylvania voters have until Monday, October 19 to register to vote. For registered voters they have until October 27 to request a mail-in ballot. Voters will head to the polls on Tuesday November 3 for the Presidential election.
