Needless to say, it’s been a great selection as Brick Wall Blake guided the club to the 2020 Supporters Shield while claiming MLS Best XI honors in 2020 and 2016 as well as MLS Goalkeeper of the Year honors in both of those years too. Blake holds all the goalkeeping franchise records with 59 wins, 38 clean sheets and 460 saves.

Reports: Hernan Losada to become next D.C. United coach
The 38-year-old Argentine (who reportedly was the subject of interest from Ligue 1 side Nice) would be the youngest current coach in MLS, an accomplishment D.C. United has made once before when they made Ben Olsen, just 33 at the time, a permanent coach following his interim stint in 2010.

Kelyn Rowe signs with Sounders, report says
When he announced his eligibility for the 2012 MLS SuperDraft, the Sounders made no secret of their interest in picking him and Rowe openly welcomed the possibility. But with the Sounders sitting 15th in the draft, they needed Rowe to probably fall at least out of the top 5 to have any real chance. He was selected No. 3.

Timbers may be acquiring Josecarlos Van Rankin on one-year loan
The Mexican fullback has played professionally since he was 18 years old, spending 10 his 11 professional seasons in Liga MX. Van Rankin, now 27, played for Pumas UNAM for seven seasons, Guadalajara for two seasons, and Santos Laguna for two seasons.

Inter Miami to name Neville as coach, Henderson as sporting director, in next few days
The Neville news is expected to be announced as early as Monday, according to league sources, as will the hiring of new Sporting Director/Chief Soccer Officer Chris Henderson, who held a similar role with the Seattle Sounders.
