Union/MLS Classics
There aren’t any Union Classics to watch this week, however, there are some solid games on the docket for MLS Classics.
On Tuesday, the first Texas Derby between the Houston Dynamo and FC Dallas will be re-aired. The 2006 match marked the start of an MLS Rivalry that, while not not most intense or important, is significant nonetheless.
For those looking for a throwback, the 2005 Eastern Conference Finals between the New England Revolution and the NY/NJ Metro Stars will be shown on Thursday.
International Replays
International Replays of the 2019 Gold Cup are re-airing Monday afternoon with three games from the CONCACAF tournament. Team USA vs. Panama kicks off at noon, USA vs. Martinique starts at 2 p.m., and Costa Rica vs. USA starts at 6 p.m. All games can be viewed on Fox Soccer Plus, and the first two can be seen on fuboTV.
Bundesliga
Bundesliga action continues this week starting on Monday as FC Köln (11) plays RB Leipzig (5) at 2:30 p.m. on FS2, Fox Deportes, fuboTV, etc.
The best action of the week comes Saturday, as Leverkusen (4) plays Bayern Munich (1) at 9:30 a.m. on FS1, and for those really looking for an upset Leipzig plays Paderborn (16) at 9:30 on Saturday on FS2.
It’s also worth noting that leagues in Turkmenistan, Israel, Austria, the Czech Republic, and Portugal, among other countries, have resumed play. While most of these games are not available to view in the US, a few are. To see the full list, check livesoccertv.com.
Horse Racing
Soccer isn’t the only sport making a return. Professional horse racing is also making a comeback with live coverage starting Wednesday and continuing throughout the rest of the week.
Most of the events viewable in the Philadelphia area are “America’s Day at the Races”, which can be seen on FS2 in the afternoons, though FS1 and NBC Sports Network are also running coverage.
