Quinn Sullivan played the role of savior again when the Philadelphia Union needed a moment of brilliance to rescue a point down 1-0 to CF Montreal late.
Sullivan scorched a shot off a pass played back to him in the D from Jack Elliott off the continuation of a corner kick to tie the game at 1-1 and stretch the Union’s unbeaten home streak to nine.
The goal was the 17-year-old rookie’s second. His first goal was a bicycle kick off a corner kick in a 3-3 draw with the Chicago Fire at Soldier Field.
Absolute screamer from Quinn Sullivan!
