The Philadelphia Union have a date in mid-August in Mexico City at the famed Estadio Azteca for the Concacaf Champions League.

The Union will visit the Mexican giants Club América either August 10, 11 or 12 to open the two-leg semifinal. The Union will host the second leg at Subaru Park on September 14, 15 or 16.

América booked the final spot in the final four on Wednesday night with a 3-1 win over Portland and a 4-2 win on aggregate. The other semifinal will feature Mexican clubs Cruz Azul, which knocked off Toronto FC, and Monterrey, which took out Columbus Crew.

While it will be the first meeting between the Union and América, it won’t be the Mexican club’s first visit to Chester. They played a friendly against Puebla at Subaru Park in July 2017.
