Audubon, Pa. native Vince Tasca recorded a clean sheet without having to make a save in his USL Championship debut for Austin Bold FC on September 22.

Playing in front of fans at home, the former Wilmington University and Philadelphia Lone Star keeper had a pretty quiet night. The visitors from Sporting Kansas City II recorded six shots, all off target, including one that glanced the crossbar.

Tasca, 23, joined Austin Bold on September 8 after a stint with NISA club Stumptown Athletic in North Carolina.

He was named a Division 2 All-American in his senior season at Wilmington University. He made 61 starts over four seasons for the Wildcats. He graduated from Methacton High School. Austin Bold is currently in second place in Group D with two games remaining. The top two teams from each group advance to the playoffs.
