Bethlehem Steel FC duo Jamoi Topey and Chavany Willis will be representing their country in the upcoming Caribbean Men’s Olympic qualifiers being played from July 17-21.
Topey, who was with the senior Reggae Boyz during the Gold Cup, and Willis were among 23 players named to the roster.
Jamaica has been drawn into a group with St. Kitts and Nevis, Guyana and Dominica. Two teams from the competition to the final round of Olympic Qualifying for the region later this year. Two out of the eight teams (U.S., Canada, Mexico and three from Central America) will advance to the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo.
Topey and Willis will miss the Steel’s next game at Louisville City on July 20.
