Picault scored the second from the penalty spot, after a video review (!) resulted in a penalty.

In what was the final game of their preseason, the Union gave most of their players a runout. 21 players appeared in the 90-minute friendly. Notably, Mark McKenzie, Ilsinho, and Sergio Santos were not among them. The lineup that closed the game out will likely be the one we see next weekend, though Aurelien Collin will likely make way for McKenzie.
Union XI: Carlos Miguel Coronel (Andre Blake 46’), Matt Real (Fabinho 46’), Jack Elliott (Auston Trusty 46’), Aurelien Collin, Olivier Mbaizo (Ray Gaddis 60’), Derrick Jones (Haris Medunjanin 46’), Brenden Aaronson (Ilsinho 46’), Warren Creavalle (Alejandro Bedoya 46’), Anthony Fontana (Marco Fabián 46’), David Accam (Cory Burke 60’), Kacper Przybylko (Fafa Picault 60’)
