The out-of-contract Philadelphia Union midfielder’s MLS rights now belong to Cincinnati, which can initiate contract negotiations with the 34-year-old.

The 35-year-old spent the last four seasons with Toronto FC, after signing a free agent deal there ahead of the 2016 season. A key figure during TFC’s treble-winning season in 2017, Moor has served a reserve role the last two seasons for the Reds.

Rapids sign Nicolás Mezquida and Andre Rawls to new contracts
In his first season with the Rapids, the 27-year-old Mezquida made 32 appearances, earning four goals and six assists. Rawls, 27, joined the Rapids after being selected in the 2018 MLS Re-Entry Draft. He spent the 2019 season on-loan with the Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC, getting 15 starts and earning six clean sheets.

Report: Sporting CP eye Ezequiel Barco as possible Bruno Fernandes replacement
The report states that the Liga NOS stalwarts would use the massive profit from a sale of Fernandes to fund a move for the younger Barco who they see as an exciting prospect. Fernandes has been linked to many of the top clubs around Europe, specifically some of the top clubs in the Premier League.
