The Union are in Houston tonight for another midweek match. They’ll be hosted by a Dynamo side that hasn’t lost at home since dropping their first two matches at BBVA Compass Stadium in March.
The three-headed attack of Mauro Manotas, Romell Quioto, and Alberth Elis has been as formidable as ever, as the trio has combined for 22 goals and 18 assists through 19 games. Those three have Houston second in the Western Conference in goals scored.
The Dynamo’s defensive unit isn’t shabby either. Their 27 goals allowed is good for top five in their conference. Though they’re currently two spots below the red line, Houston boasts the joint-top goal differential (10) in the West.
