For the second week in a row, only two players had more upvotes than downvotes in our weekly reader player rating poll.
Keegan Rosenberry finished with nearly 76 percent upvotes to finish on top of the poll for the second straight week and the third time overall this season. It’s also the third straight week that Rosenberry and Andre Blake finished in the top two.
Blake had just under 52 percent upvotes, which is odd considering he made a season-high eight saves and was left hung out to dry on several occasions, including at least one play where Rosenberry was beaten pretty badly.
After Blake, the percentages go way down to 36 percent for captain Alejandro Bedoya followed by Auston Trusty and Ilsinho both at around 35 percent.
On the other side of things, head coach Jim Curtin came in last for the second straight week with only 4.58 percent upvotes. Curtin, along with David Accam and Borek Dockal, each had only six upvotes. Haris Medunjanin didn’t fare much better with only nine upvotes for a percentage of 7.14 percent.
