The Philadelphia Union can secure a playoff position with a win tonight, when they’ll host Minnesota United.
Both teams come into this one in good form, each having taken seven points over their last three games. But while that run has the Union a win away from a playoff berth, Minnesota United is virtually out of contention. A big reason why is because of their road record: 1-12-2, the worst in MLS. They haven’t won away from home since March, when they won, 2-1, over Eastern Conference-worst Orlando City.
