We already know the Philadelphia Union will be opening their 2018 campaign at home against New England Revolution, but this afternoon we’ll find out when and where the other 33 games of the season will be played.
Major League Soccer is hosting a special live broadcast beginning at 1:30 p.m. eastern to unveil the 2018 schedule, followed by the full release of all 23 team schedules at 2 p.m. Mechanicsburg native and former Harrisburg City Islander Bobby Warshaw will be part of the broadcast team.
From a news release:
“A live stream of the show will begin at 1:30 pm ET on MLSsoccer.com and the MLS YouTube channel and will feature Susannah Collins, Andrew Wiebe and Bobby Warshaw, as well as Brad Pursel, who oversees the process of putting together the schedule every year, to explain some of the intricacies of the schedule. They’ll reveal and discuss all the interesting parts of the schedule including Rivalry Weeks, the first Los Angeles derbies, new stadium openings, the World Cup break and an MLS Cup rematch.”
