The Union are mercifully bringing their jersey tease campaign to a close.

After weeks of being subjected to poorly filtered Instagram posts and videos of Union players flashing large groups of people as they uncomfortably applauded, we will finally have something to show for it come tomorrow.
The 2018-19 home jersey was seemingly revealed on Sunday, when newly acquired David Accam arrived in a black-and-gray-striped jersey at PHL. Given that the shirt’s black and gray stripes seem to match the filter used in the team’s Instagram campaign, many have assumed that Accam’s shirt and the Union’s new home jersey are one in the same. If that’s the case, this will be the club’s first home jersey not to feature the iconic gold stripe down the middle. The club’s previous third jerseys didn’t have the stripe and current away jersey doesn’t have one either.
