Eight players from the region named High School All-Americans

Five boys and three girls from area high schools made the United Soccer Coaches list

Five boys and three girls from the region were among the 126 soccer players from across the nation named fall High School All-Americans by the United Soccer Coaches.

The boys on the list include Central Bucks West midfielder Tarin Morris, Lower Dauphin forward Jackson Becher, Conestoga forward Chris Donovan, Salesianum forward Bryce Wallace and Delran forward John Strohlein.

The girls on the list include Conestoga defender Hannah Morgan, Owen J. Roberts forward Mahogany Willis and Cinnaminson midfielder Hailey Gutowski.

All eight players are seniors.

Becher, who plays club for LDC United, is committed to attend UMBC next fall while Donovan, who plays club for FC Montco, is committed to Drexel. Morris (Patriot FC), Wallace (Delaware Rush) and Strohlein (Delran SC) have not announced college plans.

Willis, who plays club for West-Mont United SA, is committed to Wilmington University, Morgan is committed to Providence and Gutowski, who plays for PDA, has not announced a college commitment.
