Philadelphia Union Academy teams visit New York Red Bulls

Teams will travel to Whippany, New Jersey for a full slate of games on Saturday and Sunday

I-95 rivals New York Red Bulls will host a full slate of games against the Philadelphia Union Academy this weekend.

The U18 game will kick off 1 p.m. followed by the U16 game at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. The U14s play at 1 p.m. followed by the U13s at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday.

The Union U12 team will play on Saturday in Newark, New Jersey against Cedar Stars Academy at 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

U18s
The U18 team is coming off a 6-0 win over PA Classics at home and an opening weekend scoreless draw at D.C. United.

The Red Bulls, winners of the Atlantic Division last season, are off to a quick start with wins over Seacoast United, D.C. United and Richmond United.

Eight of their 12 goals have been scored by Omir Fernandez and Jonathan Filipe, who each have four goals.

This is the fifth meeting between the teams. The Union lead the series 2-1-1.

U16s
The Union U16s will look for its first over win over the Red Bulls after picking up their first win and shutout of the season in a 3-0 win over PA Classics last week.

The Red Bulls have won their first three matches this season outscoring opponents 13-2. Forward Scott Taylor leads the team with five goals and Aziel Jackson has three goals.

This is the fifth meeting between the teams. The Red Bulls are 3-0-1.

U14s
The Union U14s picked up their first win of the season over PA Classics last week after a lopsided loss to D.C. United to start the season.

The Red Bulls won their first game of the year 4-0 over Loudoun Soccer last week led by a brace from Kyle Linhares.

U13s
The Union U13s will look to make it three wins out of three after winning the first two games by a combined score of 10-1.

The Red Bulls won their first match 3-0 over Loudoun Soccer last week with goals from Omre Etienne, Eligio Guarino and Joseph Zalinsky.

U12s
The U12s bring a 5-1-0 record into their games with Cedar Stars Academy and have outscored opponents 35-7.

Nelson Pierre and Marcello Mazzola are tied for the team lead in goals with five a piece.
