Reading United A.C. set to host PDL Eastern Conference Finals

Reading will face off against the Carolina Dynamo while the Ocean City Nor’Easters will play the Charlotte Eagles.

Exeter High School’s Don Thomas Stadium will be the site of the Eastern Conference Finals for the PDL playoffs this coming weekend as the best four teams from the East descend on Reading.

Saturday will see the Charlotte Eagles (South Atlantic Champions and overall #1 seed) face off against Ocean City Nor’easters (Mid Atlantic runner up and overall #4 seed. The match is set to start at 5:00PM and features one of the top goal scorers in the PDL with Chevaughn Walsh of Ocean City.

Reading United A.C. (Mid Atlantic Champions and overall #2 seed) will take on the Carolina Dynamo (South Atlantic runner up and overall #3 seed) in the second game at 7:30PM.

The winners will meet for the Eastern Conference Championship and the right to continue on in the PDL Playoffs on Sunday July 24th at 7:00PM.

Tickets for Saturday’s session are $10 for both games while fans aged 10 or younger are free. Any fan wearing Reading United gear to Saturday’s games will receive a complimentary pass to Sunday’s conference title game. Tickets for Sunday’s game are also priced at $10 with all fans 10 and under admitted free.
