Harrisburg City Islanders (2-4-1) kick off against the Charleston Battery (2-2-3) at FNB Field on City Island in Harrisburg, PA on Monday at 7:00pm.

The City Islanders will look for their first win of the weekend after a 1-1 draw against FC Cincinnati on Saturday night. Harrisburg forward Craig Foster scored the goal for the City Islanders and Paul Wilson was awarded the assist.

In need of a replacement for suspended left-back James Thomas, the City Islanders borrowed former player Neil Shaffer from the NASL’s Indy Eleven for a short-term loan. Shaffer will be available for Harrisburg again tonight before he returns to Indianapolis. With Thomas returning from suspension and Shaffer playing 90 minutes two days ago, fans can expect Thomas to return to the starting lineup tonight.

The Charleston Battery currently sit in seventh out of 14 in the Eastern Conference standings. Forward Romario Williams has four goals so far this season and will partner with Ricardo Garbanzo at the top of a 4-4-2 formation.
