Philadelphia Union Academy teammates Mark McKenzie and Justin McMaster are among the 36 players called into the first domestic training camp of the year for the United States Under-16 Boys' National Team.
McMaster, who moved to the U.S. to join the Union Academy last fall from his native Jamaica, received his first U.S. call-up. He leads the U-16 team in goals this season with 11 in 14 games.
McKenzie received his first U.S. call-up since being invited to a domestic camp in Carson, California last August. The Bear, Delaware native has played 14 games and started 13 for the U-16 team this season. He played 28 games and scored 4 goals for the U-14 team last season and two games for the U-16 team.
The players will be coached by Shaun Tsakiris and Luchi Gonzalez at the seven-day camp, which will be held at Sunrise in Ft. Lauderale.
McKenzie and McMaster are among 32 players from Development Academy teams on the roster.
