Happened near the end of the session, Chaco couldn't put weight on his leg and so the trainers came over to cart him to the locker room

Maidana's wife later said that her husband will be out for two to four weeks.

This is upsetting news for Union fans, as Maidana has shined in his first two appearances. Despite coming off the bench in the opener against Colorado, Chaco leads MLS in key passes.
Zach Pfeffer, who has been impressing in training, stands out as the prime beneficiary in this unfortunate situation. The 20-year-old attacking midfielder has already made two appearances this season, a departure from the spotty late-season appearances we have come to expect since Pfeffer signed.
