It was a slow news weekend for the MLS news-wise with free agency creeping along, but there were some interesting new tidbits about Euro 2016, USL unionization and TV ratings for the MLS Cup Final. Check it out and more below!

USL players on brink of union recognition | Inside World Football
The United Soccer League Players Association (USLPA) - consisting of those players employed in the United Soccer League (USL), which is considered the third tier of US soccer – is coming close to formal unionization.

MLS contingent dealt a tough draw for UEFA Euro 2016 | MLSsoccer.com:

A nice breakdown of MLS players that will be in the group of death for Euros in the summer, led by the MVP Sebastian Giovinco.
