The Sons of Ben will be holding their annual Help Kick Hunger fundraiser on Saturday, December 5 at Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company (909 Ray Ave, Croyden, PA 19021). This is the sixth iteration of Help Kick Hunger - the first being held back in 2007, when they raised $1,500 and collected 561 pounds of food for the Bernardine Center in Chester, PA.

The Sons of Ben has always wanted to be more than just a group who visits Chester 17 times a year - they've wanted to be a part of a community that helps the city get back on its feet and good neighbors. Last year, the group raised over 512 pounds of food and $15,388.00 to help the community, and in total they've raised an estimated $45,000 for the Bernardine Center, which serves not only as a food pantry but as a community center as well, helping residents find and apply for jobs among other things.

Tickets are $35 each through Thursday (on Friday the 27th the price goes up to $40 a ticket, and is $50 a ticket at the door) and gets you admission to the event, one order from the Philly Fry food truck that will be on site, four drink tickets, and two raffle tickets for items donated by businesses, Philadelphia Union players, and fans (we've donated an MLS Live subscription for 2016). Raffle tickets are also for sale: $2 per single ticket, $5 for three tickets, $10 for eight tickets, $20 for an arm's length worth of tickets, and $40 for a wingspan worth of tickets.

Tickets are available at the Sons of Ben Ticketleap site.
