In a must-win match, Rais M'Bolhi and Algeria face off against Senegal in the Group C final match in the Africa Cup of Nations tomorrow. Algeria won their first match against the Republic of South Africa 3-1 on January 19, however thanks to an injury time goal by Asamoah Gyan, Les Verts suffered defeat to Ghana last Friday. As a result, the Desert Foxes are on the outside looking in, however a win against Senegal puts them into the quarterfinals. A loss and they're out of the tournament. A draw, and then it gets complicated.
If Algeria and Senegal draw and Ghana defeats South Africa, Ghana and Senegal will advance. If South Africa wins by three goals or less, Ghana and Algeria go through. More than three goals, and South Africa and Senegal go through.
Complicated indeed.
Believe it or not, you will be able to watch this match here in the United States. beIN SPORTS CONNECT will be airing the 1 PM match, however if you don't have beIN SPORTS CONNECT, the internet has plenty of places to find streams of soccer matches. Allegedly.
