Four points out of 5th place in the Eastern Conference, the Philadelphia Union will be very hopeful for a win tonight at PPL Park against Western Conference bottom feeders San Jose Earthquakes. The Union are still on the outside looking in in terms of the playoff picture and would greatly benefit from picking up an additional three points following a stretch of 8 days off. The Union were reasonably exhausted in their last MLS match at Houston, but that should not be the case tonight. This is a very winnable game for a team hoping to make a playoff push. Go Union! DOOP!
