The Philadelphia Union bested the Costa Rican under-20 national team today, beating the potential Olympic squad 3-0.

Rookie striker Chandler Hoffman, Colombian midfielder Roger Torres and Supplemental Draft pick Antoine Hopponet scored for the Union in the win.

The video for this second friendly is not as clear as the one for the team's first friendly, but Josue Martinez, Porfirio Lopez and Keon Daniel are easily spotted early on. Sheanon Williams, Brian Carroll, Danny Mwanga and Hopponet are seen after the middle of the video.

"The first 45 minutes were very good, we planted it on the court. This friendly is very good, is a very strong opponent, " said Carlos Watson, coach of the under-20 Costa Rican national team, to Everardo Herrera.

The Union lost to Primera División de Costa Rica leaders Municipal Perez Zeledon 1-0 on Sunday. Belén Bridgestone will host the Union on Thursday, the final of Philadelphia's three game preseason trip to Costa Rica.
