As rumors float around in the murky waters that are the Internet, they manage to spawn more and more of themselves from various news sites and people, which has happened to the one known as "The Little Fish."

Carlos "El Pescadito" Ruiz was rumored to possibly return to the Union through multiple tweets sent out by users of Twitter, including one tweet by a Guatemalan sports talk radio program that covers the player's former team, CSD Municipal. As the Brotherly Game said in its previous article on the rumors, there hasn't been a source of information with much credibility behind it, beyond the radio program's single tweet.

Today, Terra, a Terra, a country-by-country news site, reported on its Mexican sports section, terra.deportes.com.mx, that sources said Carlos "El Pescadito" Ruiz might come back to Major League Soccer with the Philadelphia Union.

"Sources said the Guatemalan striker "chapin" could return to the Philadelphia Union," Terra Deportes said, "where he was much loved the first half of the 2011 season, before being transferred to Veracruz in Mexico."

The likelihood of Ruiz returning to Major League Soccer remains low, as the former Guatemalan national team striker left Philadelphia controversially. He was sold to Tiburones Rojos de Veracruz of the Mexican second division and former head coach Peter Nowak blamed the fan base for Ruiz's departure.
