The Union have not played like a good soccer team. The Dynamo are a good soccer team, having finished as a Major League Soccer Cup finalist last year, losing to the L.A. Galaxy. To quote Justin from two weeks ago, "but, as it is, the eliminated from post-season Union" have the chance to ruin the post season hopes of another team.
Prediction: The Union lost the season series opener to the Dynamo 2-1. Then Philadelphia surprisingly beat Houston, which was fighting for a playoff spot (still is fighting for one), 3-1 at home in PPL Park. As Justin said two weeks ago in the game thread for the New England Revolution game, "the Union [are] on a bit of a hot streak, odds are that is likely to continue..." Union and Dynamo tie 2-2.
The game can be seen at 7:30 PM on NBCSN. Talk about the game below with other Philadelphia Union fans and Brotherly Game staff.
