Nowak Says More Roster Changes Possible For the Union [Chris Vito, Delco Times] - With a week and a half left in Florida, one thing is for certain - the final roster is more than likely not set.

Expect More Union Moves [Keith Gabriel, Philly.com] - Cristian Arrieta was just told to get lost (in the nicest way possible, of course), and it seems like there were will be some similar moves in the next couple of weeks.

4-3-3: Go Big or Go Home [Eli Pearlman-Storch, Philly Soccer Page] - A good thought peace and what the Union might look with a 4-3-3 formation.  A swarming four man attack would mean more goals.

Vancouver Whitecaps FC Fill First Two International Slots [Nick Rosano, Goal.com] - With the signings of midfielders Nizar Khalfan and Gershon Koffie - from Tanzania and Ghana, respectively, featured on Vancouver's second division team in 2010.

Kenny Cooper Being Introduced at 10:30 AM [Geoff Gibson, Stumptown Footy] - That's 1:30 pm for east coasters.  Cooper is headed back to the MLS - he started in the Manchester United youth system - and he's likely to be an immediate staple for the Timbers.
