Paid Their Dues: Farfan Returns To Action

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

Gabriel Farfan makes his first appearance since August 11th.

Gabriel Farfan played ten minutes in Chivas' loss to Seattle on Wednesday, seeing his first game action since August 11th, when he was red carded and subsequently suspended for a challenge on Colorado's Shane O'Neill.

Freddy Adu wasn't in the team as Bahia lost to Cruzeiro by a score of 3-1 at home.

Porfirio López started for Alajuelense, as they defeated Uruguay 2-1. LDA's defense was ravaged by national team call-ups, missing three players as they prepared to take on the USMNT, but they still managed to allow only one goal.
