isn't the time period that the Union had to sign him past?

does anyone know what is going on with Casey and the Union?

i am sure that Casey being out of the country and the holidays has had a lot to do with a deal not being struck between them. but the longer that it goes on without him signing the more i worry about the U and he not being able to reach a deal.
