Hartman denies Mwanga!
That could have been it. Nice save, though Hartman is now hurt.

We were lucky to get a point out of that one. Valdes’ miscue was costly early, and we still lack a finisher. Dallas defenders gifted us those PKs. If I were a team playing us I’d tell my guys to let someone through if you get beat instead of risking the PK with contact from behind. We haven’t finished well enough to earn that respect.
Saw some good stuff from Adu for a single day of training. We were most dangerous when he or Torres were springing people.
Just got back from the game
A few thoughts:
-Jack Mac cannot play target forward alone. Not strong enough on the ball, doesn’t do a good enough job making himself a target.
-The 5 guys up top to start the game didn’t seem to find spacing and kept running to the same spots. Looked very disorganized. I guess that’s what happens when you play 5 guys who all want to play in the center.
-Why is Le Toux still taking free and corner kicks?
-Awful from Valdes on the first goal, awful from Mondragon on the second.
-Sheanon played a fantastic game. Didn’t let Shea loose once. Nothing he could do about the goal, he played it right.
-That ref was terrible. Not sure, but it didn’t seem like the linesmen were a whole lot better.
Makes me wish Robbie Keane was looking to come here
One goal hungry striker is what we are missing. I think Mwanga can become that if he plays more selfishly
