Richard Motzkin, Freddy Adu's agent, said that the 22-year-old is available to play for the Philadelphia Union tomorrow night against FC Dallas.

Motzkin confirmed, via Twitter, that Adu's International Transfer Certificate had been received by the Union, making him eligible to play for the team. He also tweeted that the central attacking midfielder is practicing with the Union today, giving Adu the opportunity to possibly play against Dallas.

Adu was acquired yesterday after Chivas USA passed on taking the American international in MLS' allocation re-entry process. The Union were second in order, giving them the first opportunity to take Adu. According to multiple reports, Adu's salary won't make him a designated player and the Union were able to secure his rights on a free transfer from Benfica (Portugal).

Over Twitter the Union announced a jersey number change, as 2011 SuperDraft third round pick Levi Houapeu switches from 11 to 12 and Adu takes 11.
