PrintIn their first stop on a three-match road trip, the Philadelphia Union (7-4-5) are in our nation's capitol to take on regional rival DC United (4-5-6). The Union look to gain a valuable road result and stay on top of the Eastern Conference, while DC attempts to create a little bit of separation between themselves and the clubs in the bottom half of the conference. Kickoff at RFK Stadium in Washington, DC is scheduled for just after 7:00 PM Eastern.

You’ll remember that Mondragon was hit on the head by the ball at PPL Park earlier this year. Ricocheted off of the moorings right next to the post and right back off his head.

Union take a 2-2 draw out of DCU. Defense wasn’t close to the best the Union have had this year at all.
