Trinidad Express: Keon Daniel Traveled To Greece With Team
Keon Daniel made the trip to Greece with the Philadelphia Union, according to a report by the Trinidad Express.
The Trinidad newspaper says that the team "were interested enough to take Trinidad and Tobago midfielder Keon Daniel to Crete on a 16-day pre-season camp. But, there is some doubt whether the 24-year-old former Petrotrin and Caledonia AIA midfielder will make the final cut."
Daniel has been with the team since early into the preseason, after his long, noticeable dreadlocks made him identifiable to bloggers and fans alike. The midfielder last played with the Puerto Rican Islanders of USL-I. Daniel scored two goals during the 2010 USL-I season in 14 appearances for the Islanders.
Trinidad's national team has capped the 24-year-old 37 tims at the international level. Daniel started off his international career in 2007 and netted two freekicks in the span of three months in 2008 (against Guyana and El Salvador, respectively).

I don’t think there were any doubts about whether Daniel was in Greece.. here he is in the team photo against Ergotelis, posted by the Union on Facebook on February 28:

Wish they would have elaborated on the “doubt” part of the article.
