Union To Return To Florida In The Preseason To Play The Orlando City Lions On February 18
The Philadelphia Union will return to Florida to play the Orlando City Lions in a friendly on February 18 at 7:30, according to the Lions' team website. The announcement comes within a day of a Costa Rican news outlet reporting a friendly between the Union and Deportivo Saprissa next summer.
Per the Orlando website:
This year marks year two of a four-year agreement between Orlando City and the Philadelphia Union. The Union will spend three weeks in Orlando as part of their 2012 preseason training, culminating in the friendly match with the Lions on the 18th. Last season, in Orlando City's first ever match, the Lions defeated the Union 1-0 on Lewis Neal's stunning free-kick goal in the 19th minute.
Last year the Union spent time in both Florida and Greece during the team's preseason, touring the areas and playing various teams, including the United States Men's National under-17 Team, a couple of Greek lower division clubs and the Lions.
Tickets are on sale through Orlando.

FL / AZ
I like the consistency being built with several teams taking advantage of Florida and Arizona for preseason (and happening to coincide with Spring Training). Ive heard several teams announce for AZ so far this year – not much on Florida yet.
